Planetwin365 has suspended its operations and is no longer active.

As authorised by the Malta Gaming Authority, customers of PWO S.p.A with MGA authorisation number MGA/B2C/199/2011, who have, since 2020 not logged in to their account or placed a wager, may apply to WH Management Limited (C76817), licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority and authorised to carry out trustee and related services, by sending an email to pwotrust@whmanagement.eu requesting the withdrawal of any remaining balance in their player accounts.

The application must be accompanied by:

  • a copy of a valid identification document of the customer;
  • proof of address of the customer in the form of either a utility bill (not older than 6 months), bank statement (not older than 6 months) or address listed on a valid identification document;
  • details of the bank account of the customer to which the remaining balance is to be remitted, providing the following details:
    1. Name of bank / financial institution
    2. Address of bank / financial institution
    3. Account name
    4. Account number
    5. IBAN
    6. SWIFT/BIC

Funds will only be transferred to the customer upon WH Management Limited being satisfied that all the information and documentation listed above has been provided by the customer and that the information supplied in the application matches the information provided by PWO S.p.A to WH Management Limited. Funds will be transferred to the customer less any applicable bank charges.
